Reservations should be made no later than
March 18th at
6:00 pm, the Thursday prior to
the meeting. Our host club needs an accurate head count so they can
properly prepare for our gathering and the golf pairings must be prepared in
advance. Late reservations, no-shows, and surprise attendees are
unappreciated by all.
If you make reservations and cannot attend the meeting, please call and
cancel as early as possible. Anyone making reservations later than
March 18th at
6:00 pm will be eligible
for golf only if foursome fill-ins are needed. Make your
reservations by calling Russ Hamilton at (904) 318-5004 or make them
here by completing and submitting the form below.
NOTE: If you make a reservation
and subsequently need to cancel, you must notify Russ Hamilton by noon on
the Sunday preceding the meeting or you are responsible to pay the $55
meeting fee.
