Old Business

Carl Arnold made a motion, which was seconded, that we play by the USGA rules of golf at all future meeting. After discussion this motion was approved by a majority of those present. Carl made a second motion, which was seconded, to change the method we currently use to determine the handicap for each director to the Stableford system. After discussion the motion was amended to include more smooth path to a change of systems. At the last Executive committee meeting a Motion was approved to allow players in our tournaments from non member courses as long as they have a valid handicap. Ed Whitten Brought up the subject of our meeting time and that issue is still being worked on.
