(JAGA)
“JACKSONVILLE JUNIOR GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP”
SPECTATOR CODE OF CONDUCT
JAGA appreciates the support provided by parents, family members, friends and other spectators who attend its golf tournaments.
In order to be able to run the tournaments in the most effective manner possible and to provide enjoyment for everyone involved, it is important for all non-players to be aware of and abide by the following guidelines throughout the tournament:
- Please remain either on the cart paths or in the rough and at least 20 yards away from those playing in the event.
- Do not walk on the fairways.
- Please do not give advice to a player during his or her round.
- Spectators can help look for lost balls, be a spotter and approach the green to watch when players are putting.
- Spectators need to be aware of other players on the course and not lag behind which may prevent the next group from playing their shots.
- Please allow the Rules Officials to make their rulings without any interruption. If a Rules Official requires your input, he or she will approach you.
- Please turn off cell phones while on the golf course.
- Please respect the host facility’s policy regarding the use of cell phones indoors, dress code, etc.
