Non-Exempt Players

On July 17-20, the Jacksonville City Amateur will be held at San Jose Country Club.  This event is open to those players with an index of 10 or less. See the Entry & Application Information.

There will be a maximum of 69 players in the field. 27 players are exempt; therefore, JAGA will accept at least 42 players from a Qualifier to be held on July 7, 2008 at San Jose Country Club. The qualifier field is limited to the first 78 entries received with tee times beginning at 8:00 A.M.

The entry fee for the Qualifier is $85, payable to JAGA. Your entry must be received by June 30, at 5 pm.

If you qualify for the Championship, the balance of $165 is due that day. Please be
prepared to pay the balance on July 7.

Exempt Players

An exempt player for the 2008 Jacksonville City Amateur Championship
is one who made the cut in 2007 or is exempt in another manner as stipulated by the committee. The 2008 Championship will be played July 17-20 at San Jose Country Club.
 
There will be a maximum of 69 participants. This means that there are at least 42
places available to the general golfing public with an index of 10 or less.
Therefore, in order for you to guarantee a playing spot in the Championship, you MUST return your entry no later than June 30 at 5 pm. There will be NO exceptions as we expect a full field this year. See the Entry & Application Information.

News.

The entry fee for the Championship is $250, payable to JAGA.  Your entry must be received no later than June 30 at 5 pm.
